We want you to love your Eleanor Bowmer treasures as much as we loved designing them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Ensure all homeware and textiles are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and safely pack them in the original shipping box.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our studio team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
